Vision 

Tim will fight to restore fiscal responsibility to our state, by cutting spending.  Citizens of Illinois can trust that he will work to implement zero-based budgeting across state government.

Individuals, teams and businesses improve when they compete.  Illinois government needs to compete to regain the trust and respect of its citizens.  Illinois government needs to change its approach to an attitude of competition, to improve how it works FOR the people of Illinois.  Government working FOR the people, along with tax cuts will create an environment where the people and businesses of Illinois can thrive.

Tim believes that a regular guy can make a difference in Springfield and with support of his fellow citizens, he will make it happen.
